Sometimes feeling down or sad from is normal. And all the people feel anxious from time to time; It is a normal response to stressful situations. However, constant and intense feelings of anxiety and depression can be a sign of a mental health disorder. But everything has an explanation and can be solved.
Symptoms usually improve with psychological counselling. And lifestyle changes, such as improving sleep habits, increasing social support, using stress-reduction techniques, or getting regular physical activity, are very helpful.
